• Orders are shipped via third-party carrier, UPS, nationwide.

  • Orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays ONLY to avoid the possibility of weekend delays.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the following day (Mon-Wed).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).



  • Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Moonflower Macarons is not responsible for UPS delivery delays, or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses; refunds will not be given under these circumstances.

  • UPS reserves the right to require a signature for delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.

  • Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

  • During peak holiday season in the month of December, orders may not ship the same day they are ordered due to the high volume of orders received. Please communicate any specific delivery date requests to us via email (info@moonflowermacs.com) or give us a call at 1-315-224-2790.



  • Packages include a heat-resistant bubble mailer and ice pack to ensure freshness.

  • The ice pack may be fully melted when you open your package—this is fine. The ice pack is meant to keep Macarons chilled during transit only.

  • Be sure that someone is available to take delivery when your package arrives.

  • Moonflower Macarons is not responsible for melted fillings due to prolonged exposure to the sun after delivery.

  • Macarons should be consumed within 5 days of receipt; they keep best in the refrigerator. Freeze up to one month. Simply thaw for 15 minutes before enjoying.

  • Color may vary slightly from photographs shown as our products are made by hand.
