Moonflower Macarons, LLC began in 2018 as a home-based baking business, serving the Cayuga, New York area at local farmers’ markets, and pop-up sales events. In January of 2020, owner and baker, Theresa Mendez, secured commercial space in downtown Auburn, New York, and began building a commercially-certified kitchen and small retail space.
Moonflower specializes in the French macaron, a meringue-based pastry that is notoriously difficult to master. We provide a range of flavors—some traditional, some whimsical, some adventurous, all delicious—available daily in our retail shop, and for online purchase.
